Elizabeth joined Meridian in 2010 as a Program Associate. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in French and International Studies from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point and worked as Assistant Service Specialist for the Geo Group Corporation, in Madison. While living in France, she received a bilingual Master of Arts in International Affairs, Conflict Resolution, and Civil Society Development from the American University of Paris and Institut Catholique. She has traveled extensively throughout Europe and to Afghanistan where she assisted with adult literacy programs, and conducted research on U.S. foreign assistance projects and the effects on women. Elizabeth has served as a Communications Fellow at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty and volunteers as a mentor for young women.
