Latesha is a graduate of Williams College with a B.A. in History, concentrating in Race and Ethnicity. During her undergraduate career she was highly active in the Multicultural Center, Black Student Union, and Residential Life. Specializing in event coordination, political-education outreach, and public relations, Latesha was also selected to participate as a student with the International Honors Program (IHP), traveling to South Africa, Brazil, and France. In addition to these passions, Latesha further explored her interests in the arts and the nonprofit sector as Special Events intern at Wolf Trap Foundation during the summer 2006 season. She enjoys the performing arts, traveling, listening to diverse tunes, trying new cuisines, and event planning. Recently, Latesha returned from another semester (fall 2008) with IHP as a Trustees Fellow. She traveled to India, South Africa, and Argentina in the role of student coordinator and faculty liaison. As a Program Associate, Latesha has worked at Meridian for more than two years, welcoming visitors and facilitating their programs.
