Lisa moved to Washington DC on accident in January of 2011, from San Francisco, California, after completing her Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies, Religion, and Politics, at the University of San Francisco. She has spent brief periods of time living in Mexico, Sweden, and Egypt. Her current role is directing Meridian's International Children's Festival, which will take place Sunday, May 6, 2012. Her hero is Mark Twain, and her goals in life are to learn Chinese, and publish a guide to traveling by train in North America.
