As Director of Grants and Contacts, Nilufar has responsibility for grant proposal development, donor prospect research and managing foundation relations. Nilufar has over 15 years of experience in fundraising, research and teaching. Prior to joining Meridian Nilufar worked as Director of Development at the Center of Concern and Cleveland International Program. Nilufar has an MA in International Relations from Dhaka University and a Ph.D. in Political Science from Carleton University.
