IVLP Participant Blogs About His Experience

Mr. Sam Roggeveen, Fellow at the Lowy Institute and Editor of Lowy’s blog “The Interpreter” is traveling through the U.S. as a participant of the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). His 14 day program, with stops in Washington, St. Louis, Phoenix and San Francisco, was designed by Meridian International Center to highlight the role of social media in the American domestic and foreign policy debates.

Professional appointments include prominent news bloggers, online media outlets, public policy think tanks, academic experts and other institutions of social media such as Twitter and Google.
